Salvatore Minopoli

Lyric tenor born in Naples on 20 September 1995, he graduated with full marks (110/110) cum laude with Academic Distinction from the Second-Level Advanced Program in Singing and Musical Theatre at the Giuseppe Martucci Conservatory of Salerno, under the guidance of M° Marilena Laurenza.

A pupil of M° Mariella Devia, he has completed Advanced Masterclasses with M° Luciana D'Intino, M° Vincent Scalera, and M° Piero Giuliacci.

He has performed a number of solo roles, including: Count Danilo Danilowitsch in Franz Lehár's Die lustige Witwe (The Merry Widow), after being auditioned by M° Daniel Oren in 2019 at the Teatro Municipale Giuseppe Verdi of Salerno; Emperor Altoum in Turandot under the direction of M° D. Oren; Erster Geharnischter in W.A. Mozart's Die Zauberflöte; and Gastone in Giuseppe Verdi's La traviata.

He has worked with several foundation theatres, including:

Fondazione Arena di Verona, since 2018, in the following productions: Aida, Turandot, Nabucco, Carmen, Il Trovatore, Tosca, Carmina Burana, Verdi Gala, Domingo Opera Night, and Celebrity Fight Night "The Night of Andrea Bocelli".

Fondazione Lirico Sinfonica Petruzzelli of Bari, since 2018, in the following productions: Wagner's Der fliegende Holländer (The Flying Dutchman), Verdi's Aida and Messa da Requiem, Mendelssohn's Symphony No. 2 Lobgesang, Fiume's Ajace, and Bernstein's Chichester Psalms.

Fondazione Teatro Massimo of Palermo, since 2020, in the following productions: Mascagni's Cavalleria Rusticana, Mozart's Don Giovanni, Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 and Mass in C Major, Mozart's Coronation Mass, Schoenberg's A Survivor from Warsaw, and Verdi's Messa da Requiem.

Since August 2023 he has been engaged at the Fondazione Teatro dell'Opera di Roma (winner of the audition competition in 2024).
